SELECTED MURALS

Painting in the studio is what grounds me and painting in the street is what gets me high. Street art is so interwoven with the surrounding people and place that I always feel a deep sense of connection to wherever I paint. Each of these photos has a myriad of stories, sounds, smells, and shenanigans embedded into the creation of these paintings. Some of these murals have already come and gone, others have taken on new layers from unknown collaborators, and few remain the same. They are living entities with their own journeys and life cycles. Here is how they looked when they were first created, in chronological order.

I shot and edited this video during the street art festival, Underground Effect 2 by Projet Saato in Paris in 2016.

Echoes of Turquoise was painted for Art Basel 2015 in the Wynwood Art district of Miami, Florida.
