Processing and Shipping
Each limited edition print is hand-signed and numbered. Once a limited edition has sold out, it will no longer be available and not be restocked.
All shipping is free in the United States.
All purchases are processed via USPS
Orders within the United States have tracking included
International orders come with a customs number that is trackable up until it leaves the United States.
Packaging and Handling
Prints are rolled up carefully in an acid-free tissue paper and shipped in a postage tube.
Products are packaged with little to no plastic.
Delivery
Please allow up to 5 business days for the purchases to be processed and prints to be prepared, packaged and shipped out. (Public Holidays and Holiday Seasons may incur further delays)
Delivery times are subject to your location but are generally between 5-10 business days for arrival. (In some situations, a package can take up to four weeks to arrive)
Returns and Refunds
Please contact me directly if:
The prints or merchandise have arrived damaged or unsatisfactorily.
The package has not arrived after 4 weeks.
You are unhappy with your purchase and seek a refund. Full refunds may be processed, but only once the item is shipped back and received. Cost of return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
If your package arrived, was not picked up and was returned back to me, I am more than happy to send the package back to you again, however the cost of shipping the package again must be paid and is at the buyer’s expense.
